[HL2DM] Commands on E=mc² server

not need console, just type it in chat :

For all :

!spec : go in spectate mode
// : go in spectate mode
!join : go back in game
!help : reminder screen with all commands

For admin/all E=mc² members :

@menu : print admin menu

@rr : restart a game
@tp : set teamplay mode
@ntp : remove teamplay mode
@g150 : set gravity to 150
@g300 : set gravity to 300
@g400 : set gravity to 400
@g600 : set gravity to 600

@pwd1 : set pass to  "nonoob" 
@pwd2 : set pass to a pass only know by e=mc² members
@nopwd : remove pass protection

@norpg : remove RPG from map
@time0 : set timelimit to 0
@time20 :  set timelimit to 20
@time15 : set timelimit to 15

-> Please not bind admin command to a key ... I don't want mistake. Take time to type it is better ...
-> On map change, some options are resetted to default (pass, gravity)

now these commands work for all E=mc² members. All have ALL rights on server. Don't abuse please.

commands updated : timelimit and norgpg commands

however servers are RPG free, when we do a restart (with @rr command) the RPG is not removed. so the norpg command will be usefull ...

there is no command to restart a server. only me can do it.

@tp is only for next round...
when tp is activate ... u can do @rr

due to the removing of eventscript from servers : spectate and join alias have a little bit changed...
added a !join command because with !spec and // u can't go back in game...

i think i have done something like that in the mani commandlist.txt file :

"!join" C jointeam
"!spec" C spectate
"//" C spectate

yes, and i can progress this idea. what about if everyone will give own playlist(5-10 songs) and commands for each will be like !musicfede or !musiczoub something like that, i dont think most of u will listen my music))

A soundlist would be nice and also with sound for "gg" "bye" "hi" and so on...

idea of classical sound is forgotten . why ?

1) because a huge download of sounds is not good ...
2) eventscript lag servers ... so no gg no bb and other sounds.

I think about a playlist in streaming. In this case, only client is impacted by the sound ... like the radio on the server at the moment.

command !join is now repaired

i see some players has trouble to join the game after spectate ... this command will help ...

added a new function : !help in order to have a screen where u can see all commands.
