I almost never buy games/game cards etc. from official resellers, there are usually much better offers on the net, and i found one (took me 3-4 mins to google) on a russian website (link) where it is clearly said that it'll work only in Russia and CIS Im sure you can find the same for your contry Moreover, when I was thinking about buying the game everyone else already had it
