New pc for family

Hi.
My father wants me to find a new pc (old dead lol) for my brothers.
I've 400e and i've to buy it @ GrosBill.com

Please can you help me ?
My priorities :
-A good graphic card (I've a 6200TC PCI-E alone, if the computer have not a better).
-1Go ram or more.
-Without screen

I dont care if its vista or XP. Its not mine

And i dont know difference between processors today ...
I know 4000+ is not faster than 4700+ lol but between these AMD or Core2duo ... i dont know which is the best between those computers.
Which is the best ?
-AMD X2 4000+
-AMD 64 4000+
-AMD X2 4200+
-AMD X2 4800 +
-AMD X2 5000+
-Intel Core 2 Duo e6550
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+
-AMD X2 4800+
-Intel Core 2 duo e4500

- ati xpress 1250
- Intel 950m
- my 6200tc ?

hmmmm ....
400 euros is a little amount of money for a new PC.

and why not assemble yourself ur computer ?

I suggest for a good configuration quality/price :

- CPU : Intel Core 2 duo E6550 ~150 euros
- Motherboard : MSI P6N SLI V2 ~100 euros
- RAM : Gskill Value DDR 2*1 Go PC 6400 ~70 euros
- GPU : Nvidia 8600 GTS ~170 euros
- Tower : Antec sonata III ~110 euros

total : 600 euros
Ready for games...

But i can understand 200 euros more than your budget is a problem.
At the moment in my opinion, Core duo are best processor.
only 1go can help price.
In general, Integrated GPU sucks.

I could made myself a computer.
Mine is done like it ;).
But my father likes guaranty and "S.A.V."

.

So i think we'll take the core2duo and i'll put my 6200tc instead of the Intel 3100 GMA3100 256Mo inside
