Description:

Hmmm.... i dont know how the hell anti can write tons of text here... :cranky: But i am gonna tell you something. On this map you will experiment the potencial of my new invention, the Mini Jumppad!!® . If you look at the screens its the little blue dot on the ground :aha:

On the map are about 4 mags, 5 xbows, 2 or 3 Ar2 and shotguns. I didnt place the guns on the ground in order to make the fight take place on those cubes, or in the air as well. On the ground you can just find health/batteries, a few shotguns and nades.

Ofc theres a secret on the map, which is not exactly a secret, you just have to know how to hack the little badass trap i builded into :D :banana:

looks like some eye clan map! But you made it with better design than them :)

I can't find what could be new with those jumpad ^^?

I'll give a try for that map soon ;)

btw, someone told me (i think kio) that cynyx isnt anymore responsable for the servers, who is doing this stuff now?

think we never meet ingame on emc servers yet?
not sure, haven´t played much last times..
btw sry for being off so long ..too much RL work

found ur map in B§ forums n just tested it.. oh i love it :)
pretty cool hoppin around thing..
offers large amount of different gameplay types..
jumptraining, hide n seek, fast hunts.. an so on :metal:
weapon/item placement is well choosen aswell


but found/see some room for optimisation
some things are just my opinion..
so don´t get me wrong
just constructive feedback..

mini jumppads are really cool.. makes this map unique n fun
but the positions of them are a lil to close at the edges..
means ur moving around in this map is limited somehow
maybe u placed em there.. to keep close combat platform fights??
lil more away from the edges..
would give players more possible targets to jump thru :cool2:

ballspawner/balls broken?
the animation of orbs sucked out of the spawner looks kinda weired... see pic

sadly i get very low fps in most parts of this map.. 40-50 fps
(but i just tested it by "create server" on my sys)

btw how to disable the freaky trap^^
has it something to do with not touching the metal-ground?

anyway a nice high fun factor map.. good job
hope to play this map with u emc guys soon..

hi man.

every FB is welcome, ofc i have to optimize the map. About the ball spawner i have no fucking idea why that happens, its just a copy paste from a map where the ball spawner works fine :dunno:

I am happy to see that you like the map. The jumppads are placed near the edges in order to have enough place to move on each plattform without stepping accidentaly on a jumppad, and for the placement, i just placed 1-2 on each cube so that you can make your Parkour as you like :D

i'll ask some wise people about the problem with the orb :upset:

forgot something.. umm
maybe the orb thing happens on copy n paste.. had the same prop some time ago
and had no idea why.. just replaced it with one from another map.. then worked .)

hehe for the jump pads.. thats what i had in mind.. keepin space for movement on platforms.. maybe i formulated lil strange .. u must know i´m a lil :zombie: sometimes..

k will visit u guys on ur servers soon..

Hi mate :), i tryed your map! :)

I want to join anti, design is great and traps are really a good idea but yea you must improve
the map optimisation, i have only 20 to 30 fps..

V2 is needed! :metal:

1 - I changed the extension : rar is bad for game server, can't be deflated ... Prefer bz2.
2 - I edited the link in your post because it was false and file was not available from it. Till now, I think nobody was able to download your file from this post. (I want to believe you haven't shared FTP login/password or you MUST contact me in order I change it ...)
3 - Map is (finally, sorry for delay) installed on private server.

yeah cynyx i tried to paste a download link for the forum but as i posted it on a few forums i needed an other link becaouse only we know the user/pwd from the ftp server :P

ty for upload it on the server, now you guys have no excuse for giving me feedback. Now i know that you may have some FPS problems, i will try to fix it by removing those blue glass decoration from the dark cubes (i really like how they look like, i tried making the as func_detail but it didnt help very much as i can see...)

for more changes i should make or you would like to have just tell me :cool2:
