For the moment, i have just played in solo mod.
funny game, at least in solo, it's same than the first COD opus (i haven't played COd moder warfare first one)

(even if according my stats i played multi, in fact just i launched it ... and i go to sleep without turn off my computer lol :P)

iw net provides easy friends community, which means u can move with ur friends from game to game. IW.net is shit in fact, players became hosts, no more dedicated servers(ye, ping difference no rules anymore, but u cant choose server to play on by urself and its f#cking hard to organize pcw.... but funniest thing that much players from cod pc community said they will boycott mw2 bcz of no dedicated server and most of them bought this game... but for now mostly of them playing mw2 for fun and cod4 for leagues matches, as i do). So who has mw2(i spotted DHR and Cynyx) - we can try to play together)

i installed it today

i only played multiplayer for about 10min (then i got hungry ) and.... wtf its that message that says "changeing host"??? i got it 3-4 times in 10min do i change the server automaticly or what? ffs

no. game host is a simple player on this server. When currently host player leaves or where is a player with "better connection"(dunno what it means) then player with better connection became a host and server moves.

I found out that this is not a mod, neither a dedicated server...

if the (fucking) lobby is on your PC, you can enable some commands like infiniteammo... gravity... etc...

btw, wth is that with the error "server uses a diferent protocol version"???? Fuck it really... multiplayer doesnt work fine, single player crashes, and coop brings me this error

now we can see one rule: if u want to ruin good game, just make it for steam and create something like iwnet.... to sad to see how steam fail every time and iwnet really sux...

its not steams fault, infinity ward just copied the system from the console version

at least i solved the problem about the crashes and can play normaly

the only thing that doesnt work its the coop mode, ever get the error "you have a different protocol version"

About lags, I think sometimes it's even worst than HL2DM

not in game(bcz at summer i tryed hl2dm - looked like crysis on celeron only lag show). But in finding game u want - yes, its crap. Fed, have u played the misssion 4 in solo ? I have read this level shocks a lot, particular russian people (and i can understand in fact ...). What's your opinion about that ? Note : try to not spoil the content of the mission for next players ...)

2Cynyx: look at both modern warfare games. All Europe thinks that we are bears on unicycles(family guy). IW said, that its just game, but its good pr move for them. Many ppl will say "yeah, kill`em all, stupid russians". I look at this game like at action movie. Scenario is a piece of shit(and after this someone will learn history by playing cod series). My opinion - they did very bad, but them seems just lazy to make good scenario(ye, details are crap also - Kamchatka has border with Norvegia for example).

Ok you intrigued me, I went on utube to find more about this mission and ummm wasn't very pleased with what I saw... Wtf is wrong with them, killing civilians who are completely helpless? I don't care if they are russian, french or spanish, the idea itself is detestable...

And that is not the worst of all, and that makes me very sad... if you could understand german, and you google a bit about this mission, you'll find endless forums with people crying because the cant shoot at the civilians (because its cut, as soon as you shoot 1 = game over).

Perfect example to see how sick this society is

All of GTA's, Hitman, Prototype... crap lots more games... I have seen the vid u are talking about, not all of it. Its just this game looks the prettiest in doing so.. I dont really see much problem in the fact of the mission itself, i think its a marketing way to get attention to the game. And the "official" society will not approve of it, so it was quite silly of them to do it, BUT people will go and buy it anyway - forbidden fruit etc...
