New server, located in Russia(Saint-Petersburg, my ping 3-6ms)
16 slots.
For now standart mapcycle, but i think tomorow ill corect it and ill add all maps from E=mc2 servers to its maplist. Admin`s functions is working for now( i have done nothing, just Cynyx`s files)
